Rashid Aliyev

Rashid has been practicing law since 2006. He has worked at the Baku office of Baker & McKenzie (US based international law firm) for a significant period of time. There he assisted multinational and local clients, focusing on their cross-border deals. He was the chief in house counsel of the Azerbaijani subsidiary of FINCA International (US-based microfinance institution). Rashid is experienced in corporate and finance law, and has been involved in large-scale construction deals, in particular.
Rashid Aliyev holds LL.M degrees - from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law (UPenn), and Central European University. He is the member of Azerbaijan Bar Association.

Sabit Abdullayev

Sabit Abdullayev has been practicing law since 2003. Prior to joining the firm in 2019 he worked in Baku office of Baker & McKenzie and in top local law firm - OMNI Law Firm. Sabit served as the director of legal department in BDO Azerbaijan (subsidiary of BDO International), one of the largest international consulting firms.
Sabit specializes in the areas of cross-border business transactions, corporate matters, taxation and litigation.
Sabit Abdullayev holds LL.M degree in International Business Law from the Central European University, and LL.B degree from Baku State University. He is the member of Azerbaijan Bar Association.
